This painting is a gift to my cyber-pal, Curtis. He posted a photo of his little dog on the J-Walk blog and I was mesmerized by the shadows.

Curtis loves this dog and the photo he posted was so cool, I had to give it a go. Glad you approve.

I had been looking at a lot of Bruce Docker's work http://brucedockerbackyardpaintings.blogspot.com/ And it set me to trying to loosen up and think about color in a different way.
We are so lucky to have an original Provost of our little Animal Head! Thank you X 1000, Mean Jean.
